Emergencies / Rescheduling

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking for all services.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit and any paid amount are non-refundable.

In the rare case of an emergency, you may transfer your service to a new date within 6 months of your original event date, subject to availability.
